Este acontecimiento surge a trav\u00e9s de un proyecto propuesto por el Diputado Francisco Quintana y por el Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Cultura, Omar Abboud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fishel Szlajen manifest\u00f3: \u201cFue un honor haber recibido esta declaraci\u00f3n.
